The Role for Cervical Arthroplasty for Symptomatic Cervical Stenosis: The Case Against
Cervical arthroplasty is an exciting new technology that may play a role in the mangement of cervical spine disease. In cases where there is circumferential stenosis, sagittal imbalance, a congenital stenosis, or where postoperative imaging may be of a concern decompression and fusion may be a better option with less complications and a higher patient satisfaction rate.
